Our Owner/Operator Daniel Vazquez has been roofing for over 20 years and is a Flat Roof Specialist. His specialty has always been Single Ply, working thousands of hours with TPO, PVC & EPDM membranes. Over time he has gained a wealth of knowledge in many areas of roofing and repair. He has a knack for âchasing leaksâ, his workmanship is second to none and his need for perfection speaks for itself.
After working for several major roofing companies in Phoenix, Daniel decided to venture out on his own. He is not trying to compete with the âbig boysâ; he is only trying to do what he loves while making a living at the same time.
Our vision for this small company is to provide professional services at affordable prices, and do what we enjoy so much; roofing. We intend to do this without growing so much that we forget the real importance, our customers.
We would like the opportunity to prove to you that we can possibly repair and preserve your roof without the cost of replacement. This is not always the ânormâ, however, our primary consideration is for the customer; we donât believe in taking advantage of situations just to make money. We realize that many customers are innocent and do not have the knowledge of roofing systems, therefore inviting the opportunity to be sold on something that isnât really needed.
What we are here for is to establish honest, long-term, valuable relationships and to provide excellent quality workmanship at an affordable price.
